  Great hybrid freezer

  I am so glad I found this freezer to replace my 25 year old freezer that died. Not being familiar with this brand, I was a little guarded about the online reviews I read but I can confirm that this product is well worth the high score ratings it earned. I love the clear freezer containers which made looking for things so much easier and the two open shelves for easy access to frequently used items. I am very happy with this freezer and would recommend it.

  Your service was so bad that we may not buy anything else from you;. I had to go and find someone to help. Now we can't pick things up at the store, it had to be delivered. The times for delivery were between 1 and 4. I rang up the store after 4 and they said it would definitely be before 5.30. After 5.30 came along and still no delivery, I decided to go home. My husband waited till 7pm before they turned up. We had literately waited all afternoon and into the evening. Poor service when there is no phone number to ring to see how long they would be and no tracking them. Discussing. We will never be doing this again

  So far so Good - Bit of frosting on Slide out drawers

  Works well handle takes a bit of getting used to but works well overall first experience with chiq and with fridge/freezer option seems a bit strange to me all or nothing but I am sure it is a precursor to zone options in the future which will be a great concept.
