Delayed delivery and no tax invoice
The product is great but the service was frustrating. Ordered online. Delivery was meant to be within a week or two but the planned delivery date was cancelled with no explanation and needed follow up multiple times to get it delivered. Ended up being more than a month later than expected. Also received no tax invoice and no reply when this was followed up. All rather frustrating. But none the less, it is a great freezer! Maybe just buy it from somewhere else.

Vertical freeser
Good quality product. Convenient size that will fit into most spaces. Much easier to keep organised as a backup compared to the upright chest freezer this is replacing. Only criticism is the pull out drawers can be bulky and the bottom drawer is quite shallow and limits what can be stored in it.

Great size freezer
I love the stand up freezer, it's so convenient conveniently.pared to the old chest freezers. This one is a really good height so you can see everything even on the top shelf where a standard fridge/freezer can be a little harder if you aren't a tall person. Very happy with this purchase.

Bought to match a Hisense fridge. Looks good next to it and seems to work well. Shelves are a good size and easy to see into. Price was competitive, and as usual, The Good Guys were great with stock availability and ease of pickup. Have only had it working for a few weeks, but so far, so good!
