With an auto-empty station, like on the N20 Pro Plus or T30s Combo, you can go weeks without emptying the bin. Just clean the brush and sensors now and then for the best performance.
To do a soft reset on you ECOVACS robot vacuum simply turn the device off and on again. For a factory reset that will restore the device to its default settings use the app to navigate to the 'factory reset' option. To manually do a factory reset open the device's cover and put the switch in the 'I' position. Press and hold for 5 seconds, then you will hear a voice prompt and start-up music, showing the device is restored to its default settings.
Yes! Most Ecovacs models connect to Wi-Fi and work with Google Assistant and Alexa, so you can start, stop, or schedule cleaning with just your voice or the Ecovacs app.
