    Bread maker

    Took a 3rd attempt of using an online recipe to get a decent loaf of bread. Used the instruction manual recipes 2 times for different types of loafs and was not happy with the outcome. Disappointing .

    Brilliant bread maker.

    Our old breville breadmaker passed away, so off to the good guy's for a new one. Store assistant recommended the Breville Bakers Dozen. This one is not as large as the old one but still makes a 900g loaf. I have since made dough, small and large white loaves and a wholemeal loaf, so much for breadmakers not being used. The unit is smaller so it takes less room. As long as the bowl is properly locked in its also quieter than the old one. Very pleased with Bakers dozen, looking forward to experimenting with fruit and other flavours.

    Easy to use functions

    I bought this bread maker recently, & have made a few delicious loaves already. While this model doesn't have a sourdough loaf menu, I'm sure that with a bit of experimenting I could probably make one. Very useful, & convenient.

    Does great pizza dough too!
