Easy to operate, few manual controls to make dough, bake etc. Keep warm function very very useful. Easy to clean and will recommend to my friends for sure who want to start self-backing journey with home made breads.

Compact & Energy Efficient

Breat breadmaker
Used this several times to make bread. There is a good range of options. The load produced is exactly as set on the options panel. I've tried several bread makers before this and other units have under cooked or over baked the bread. This one I'd exactly as set. The LCD display can be hard to read if not well lit.

Bakers dream
Terrific little bread maker with loads of settings for different styles of bread/dough, as well as being able to select loaf size and crust colour. So far I’ve been able to 5 loaves of bread (2x white, 1x grain, 1x fruit loaf & 1 x gluten free) All of these came out perfect! I was actually pleasantly surprised because I’m not the greatest around the kitchen and I had allowed myself to accept some dud loaves…but I should have trusted the breville bread maker to produce some great bread. I had a bread maker many years ago that I had sold that was huge and clunky to move around the kitchen and this new breville one is fairly compact and easy to carry from the shelf in the butlers pantry to the bench top when needed. Highly recommend…even just for how nice your kitchen will be smelling when you crack on with the bread making!

We’ve upgraded from another breville model and we are glad we bought the bakers dozen. It’s simple and very easy to use. The menu selections and variations of different breads is impressive. Easy to clean and very sturdy machine. Would highly recommend this product and model.

Easy to use and clean, works well.
I found the Bakers Dozen bread maker super simple to use, with clear instructions and easy recipes. Am happy with how quick it is to clean and like that its it’s small enough to leave on the bench if wanted. Perhaps not suitable for a large family, but great for our home of 3. Looking forward to trying the yogurt function next.

Great little machine
Easy to use and clean. Have tried the basic bread and dough settings. All have been delicious! Large loaf is much larger than expected. Would probably use medium or small for normal sandwich bread next time. Overall, very happy with purchase, we now have bakery quality bread for little effort at home

Easy to use, once you've had a few goes
It's a bit of trial and error to make the first few loaves, but I've found that Large and Dark are the right settings no matter what size loaf I am making because the machine tends to undercook, so the large setting makes it cool for longer. The bread itself is excellent and better than shop bought, and the machine is a doddle to use.
