Bad Customer Service Support
Recently I ordered this product online and it came without the Product Manual or any other documentation. I tried calling the customer service. At first instance, someone hangup on me and did not answer my questions. When I called again, after speaking to the customer service person for more than 20 minutes, I did not get proper resolution. Instead of Good Guys, sending me the documentation, I was told to either collect the documents from my nearest store and if they have spare, they will give me to return the product in the box and they will send me a new box 'hopefully' with the documentation. I did not find either of the suggestions worthy of my action and felt that the person just wanted to close the call and put the monkey back on my shoulders. Overall, I found this to be bad customer service experience. experience. As such, the product seems to be okay, I have used it only once!
