Good cooker, horrible customer service experience
The oven and stove top are great and exactly what we were looking for. Still getting used to all the settings, but so far everything seems to be working well so I am happy to give the appliance itself a good review. A cautionary tale though for anyone considering this item is that the Good Guys do not stock this item in Australia and if you order and purchase online you will not be provided with any information as to when you can expect it, although they are more than happy to take your money upfront. Following purchase, your only recourse to try and get an update on the order is to use the chatbot on their website that sends you round in circles and never provides an actual answer. It was nearly 4 months before the item was delivered. At no point during that period did the Good Guys ever bother to provide updates on the status of the order, I had to do all of the chasing myself. My advice if you do want to purchase this item, order in store and NEVER buy anything online from the Good Guys.
