Item not received. Terrible service. Cancelled our order
Cant rate the product as it was never received, even after waiting for months and arranging 3 delivery time slots. Only to be told that the product wasnt in stock. When I asked for an email address to write a letter of complaint, I got the run around and had my chat terminated when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Terrible and frustrating experience. Will not be buying from The Good Guys again and will be telling people about my terrible experience. Had to give 1star to post my review otherwise it would have been none
