The service was very poor, noone knew what the current state of delivery was. Different staff provided conficting information. Deliveries were cancelled at the last minute and finally Good Guys were unable to refer reputable tradies to install the oven. Very poor service

appalling delivery experience & follow up customer service
Extremely disappointing experience with this delivery service. The delivery team arrived without the correct tools to remove our old oven, and in the process caused significant damage to our 18-month-old fridge, leaving deep dents that will rust and shorten its lifespan. They also smashed glass on our front verandah and still charged us for the service. We promptly emailed The Good Guys, provided images, and explained the situation, yet we have received no response or support. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and courtesy is appalling. As we are in the process of replacing nearly all our appliances, we will not be purchasing from this franchise again. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend The Good Guys — their customer service is non-existent.
