The customer service I received was appalling. I understand that there is a labor shortage but if you employ someone make sure that they are trained for their job and not rude so and so's.

Great product but one broken on delivery.
Love these but bought as a gift before I left for interstate and one was broken so didnt have time to take back and had to give them to my nerve and get her to take them back if possible because if not kept receipt.
