  Impressive Features and Perfomance

  I went with the Dreame after previously having a more simplistic (static mopping) robot from another company - the spinning mops and self cleaning are 100% worth the extra money. I can't fault the performance of this device and the Dreame App is full featured and while not perfect, its stable and more full featured than others I have tried. There are many low level configurations if you choose to use them, along with some great convenience settings like shortcuts, schedules etc. I would suggest that some of the more advanced configuration might be a little too much for someone not at least somewhat tech-savy, however you can literally just set it up with the defaults and it will do a fine job. I found the mapping functionality really impressive, its easily customisable, supports multiple levels and is superior to others I have used. All in all, cleaning performance is great, floors have never been cleaner, and most maintenance is just refilling the fresh water and emptying the dirty. There are some ongoing costs for the device including the detergent and vacuum bags that may not be clear before purchasing, however these represent a trivial cost for normal usage.

  Impressive!

  I really enjoy using my robotic vacuum. Although setting up a correct map takes time , once it was set up, everything seems easy. I love sending the robot to clean my house while I am away. I feel a lot better coming home seeing a clean environment.

  Pretty impressive

  As a newbie to robotic vacs, I wasn't sure what to expect. I know I haven't used all the bells & whistles yet as I'm still learning & it is early days, but I love that I can set this little beauty to work remotely, any time, from any where. I was deciding between this machine and another brand but this one won me over with it's sleek looks - if it is going to be out on display it has to look good as well as perform well! To be honest the mopping isn't fabulous compared to what I would do with a traditional steam mop, but for regular quick mops after the grandchildren have visited it is perfect. We bought this due to my recent back injury which has meant I can't vacuum & mop very often - this has been the perfect answer and it does a reasonable job and looks great. I love the simplicity of it and am sure as I get more confident with it, I will learn to do more with it and use it to its full potential. I only didn't give it 5 stars because of the mopping - the vacuuming is really good.
