Horrible experience
I have ordered a dryer online which was delivered at the end November . The dryer came with a big crack on the top surface and I have reported faulty item via the good guys online platform. I have received a email from the good guys saying someone will contact me soon to solve the problem on 01/12 and after 30 days I still have one damaged dryer in my living room with no one from the good guys contacted me. The delivery service and customer service from the good guys is horrible. I will not be ordering items from the good guys ever again.
