Brilliant tablet and smart pen for note taking
What I loved: the price was incredible considering it comes with a smart pen and isn't a super old model. I used it for three days writing notes at a conference for up to 4-6 hrs each day and the battery power was still at 50% at the end of the third day. The pencil was great for handwriting notes which then transferred to text in the notepad. I only use this tablet for note taking and reading so I can't review how good it is with gaming or streaming HD content. Things which could be improved: the smart pen is good but I had to make sure I held it in the precise position so that the nib had direct thorough contact with the screen otherwise the writing was not complete and clear and could not be accurately transferred to text. It took a bit of getting use and in the end was quite good. My hand was not as tired and sore at the end of 3 days which normally it would be when writing with a physical pencil on paper.

Value for money paid
Worth considering. Bought for a specific purpose at a discounted price. The only negative point is that the S-Pen has limited functions compared to other Tabs. The S-Pen works well within its available functions.

Q: Is this Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE the Wi-Fi model, or can it use a SIM card?
A: This is the Wi-Fi model, so it does not use a SIM card for mobile data. Away from Wi-Fi, internet access usually means connecting through a phone hotspot. It still supports GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo and QZSS for location services.
Q: Can the 128GB Galaxy Tab S9 FE storage be expanded?
A: Yes, this 128GB model supports microSD expansion up to 1TB, which is useful for photos, videos and offline downloads. The listed available internal storage is about 99.9GB before personal files, because some capacity is used by system software.
Q: Does the Galaxy Tab S9 FE use an AMOLED screen?
A: No, this model has a 10.9-inch TFT display with 2304 x 1440 resolution, rather than AMOLED. It is still sharp for streaming, reading and study, but black levels and contrast are generally not as deep as Samsung's higher-end Tab S tablets.
Q: Can the Galaxy Tab S9 FE be used with an S Pen for notes and drawing?
A: Yes, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE supports S Pen input for handwriting, annotation and sketching on the 10.9-inch display. That makes it better suited to study notes, PDF mark-up and more precise creative work than finger-only touch control.
Q: Does the Galaxy Tab S9 FE have a 3.5mm headphone jack?
A: No, this tablet does not include a 3.5mm headphone jack. Audio output is handled through the USB-C port or Bluetooth 5.3, so wired 3.5mm headphones would need a compatible USB-C adapter or a USB-C headset to connect directly.
Q: Is the Galaxy Tab S9 FE suitable for video calls and casual content creation?
A: Yes, it has a 12MP front camera for video calls and an 8MP rear camera that can record UHD 4K video at 30fps. It suits classes, meetings and casual shooting well, but it is not designed as a replacement for a dedicated camera device.
