  I brought this 85 inch to replace my previous 82inch Samsung that died at 6 years old. The deal was sweetened by getting the 20% off by buying a cheap sound bar, in addition to a $250 redemption. The TV is great! Easy setup great features and excellent picture.

  Very happy with purchase

  I absolutely love this TV—the picture quality is stunning. Paired with our Samsung soundbar, the two work together flawlessly. The remote control is simple and intuitive, although because it’s so small, I sometimes hold it upside down by mistake. Thankfully, the TV cleverly prompts you on-screen to flip it the right way around. We watch a lot of 4K content on YouTube and I’m blown away by the clarity and richness of the image. I usually keep the colour setting on Dynamic—it’s vibrant and really pleasing to the eye. Our TV sits in a large, bright room, and unlike our old 75" TCL, this one is perfectly viewable even in the late afternoon when the sun is streaming in. The operating system is snappy and responsive. There’s no delay when powering the TV on or off, and I like the motion sensor feature—it wakes up automatically in the morning as you walk past. On the downside, the stand feels flimsy and plasticky. In my opinion, this TV is much better suited to being wall-mounted. Another small disappointment is the Picture-in-Picture function—it doesn’t allow two internet apps side-by-side. For example, I’d love to watch YouTube on the main screen while running a radio app in the inset window, but it only supports Free-to-Air channels with an app.
