beware compatibility issues
The GG webpage for this product does not indicate that it is incompatible with some models of Surface Pro 13 inch laptops. Although it is clear on the packaging once it arrives! So bring your laptop into a store and get some advice, don't try to do this online. Through the pedantic application of a technicality - the problem is with the webpage not the product - they are unable to provide a 'return label'. So you will need to go into a store anyway to get a refund.
