We have had our TV for around 4 weeks now and we love it. It is the best TV we have ever had, the colours and the vivid picture are fantastic. We sit around 4.5 metre's away from the screen and it is the perfect viewing distance for us. I highly recommend this TV from every aspect and give it a 10/10. The price we were given at The Good Guys was more than competitive with other stores. Amanda the sales person did us a great deal on the TV, the extended warranty and the coffee, we were more than happy with the way she looked after us, she went above and beyond. Tv is good but service from Good Guys is not the best at all.
To get the TV home it took more than 3 weeks and when I booked for Installation I have the lady over the phone ask is it table top or wall mount. I have given her all the answers related to mounting but she has booked us for table top. That’s not the end of the story, when they came in for installation without even opening the complete box the guy who came says this doesn’t have the things that need to be wall mount. There is no brackets in this and this is a complicated installation which what not I’m getting paid for. $250 approximate is not enough imagine as a customer? Wouldn’t you get mad? Angry? I had go through soo much for a TV which I have paid more than $5000 I think I should have been treated better. On many levels things have went wrong. From the one who booked our installation to the guy who had no knowledge or even basic to check the entire box to see if the things are there are not. I feel very bad and not happy with the whole process went. I expect an answer for all of these.
