    After sales customer service

    The TV was delivered 21/11 without a table top stand, so the fitter had to leave to return when I could get one. I spoke/communicated to numerous persons within your organisation all advising they would get back to me on the following days. Those days were many and as I wasn’t able to get a satisfactory out come I decided instead to pay the extra to have the TV wall fitted. That is only happening today and therefore I’m not in a position to review the actual TV itself. I’m sad to say that the after customer service you was far from good, a very frustrating experience. There should really be two parts to the questionnaire, service and then how the product performs
