Fitting issue of water tank
The product works well for sure, but the water tank doesn’t fit properly to the back of the machine. I feel like the person who gave it to me was aware of its history. When I asked for the product first he said nothing packed box shows in my system you have to buy the display one then suddenly he said oh there’s one you can take and there was no seals on the box and no tapes on the machine that show it’s a fresh one. Also, they mentioned once you take it you cannot return it. I have disappointment for this product.

Nespresso machines are great. This was purchased via the good guys website. Unfortunately the way the item was delivered to me was pretty disappointing. No packaging around the gift box and it arrived covered in stickers. They didn’t even put it in an outer carton just stuck stickers/postage labels on the gift box. I’m still waiting on a reply to the email I sent to good guys customer care team.
