Great Toaster
Toasting bagels, crumpet or any thick slices is a breeze. Only issue is both sides of the slices is NOT evenly toasted. A bit disappointed with this, as it is the reason I was purchasing a new 'expensive' toaster.

We decided to purchase this after much research including seeking out feedback from users. The KitchenAid brand certinly lives up to its reputation and we are very happy with this. The settings are brilliant and so are the features. It is a bit more pricey than others but we were assured that its longevity will prove itself as worthwhile.
