The Daily Readiness Score lets you know if your body is ready for another workout or it needs more time to recover, so you can adjust your physical activity accordingly(1). Relieve pent up stress and general uneasiness using the included Guided Breathing Sessions and Stress Management Score; these both work to indicate your current stress levels and displays what your body is feeling, alongside offering healthier ways to handle pent up stress. You can always track your performance while your awake, but it all starts from a great night’s sleep. While wearing the Fitbit Inspire 3 to bed you can track your Sleep Score, light, deep and REM sleep, sleeping heart rate and your consistent sleeping schedule to see if you really are getting a good night's sleep. Measure your heart rate during exercise to see if you're working out at your best during fat burn, cardio, or peak zones, then adjust your efforts accordingly to get the best out of your own performance. All these features are available for up to ten days without a single recharge(2), the Inspire 3 fitness tracker is always available here to assist your daily exercise and health needs.
