Good features, provides all the health information I require, this is the 4th Fitbit I've had, upgrading to the latest version of the "Charge". for some reason every 2 years the product seems to have issues, forcing the upgrade to a newer version.

Not fit for purpose
Bought it as has a swim setting & I wanted to monitor my laps. It's working/recording the swim but its completely inaccurate & not by 1 or 2 lengths but by over 30%! Swam 20 lengths but it's stating 30! Thought it might be user error so a few of us tried it, definitely set the pool length correctly & manually counted our lengths, every time was massively incorrect! Really hard to get the watch to respond when in swim mode, double tap takes multiple attempts before it responds. Paid etc to get this model as wanted the GPS function however is a waste of money as this also is not accurate, it only records/shows part of the route & the distance doesn't match the route it has recorded or the actual run. Have taken phones on the runs to get route & distance and this definitely is inaccurate and not by a small margin but a significant one that makes it pointless using it. Am looking to return it as doesn't do the job it's supposed to.
