3 out of 5 stars from 1 review
I purchased very recently and am already tired of the no handles and very easily marked doors. Only mixture of water and dishwashing liquid permitted to clean and this is not that effective.

The Fisher & Paykel 569L French Door Refrigerator is a premium family fridge suited to households wanting strong fresh food capacity, built-in ice and water, and a refined black glass finish. Its key strengths are spacious storage, intelligent cooling, and everyday convenience features like humidity control and soft-close doors. One limitation is its 3.5-star energy rating, which is solid but not class-leading for buyers prioritising maximum efficiency.
Its 3.5-star energy rating is respectable, but buyers focused on the lowest running costs may find more efficient alternatives in the category.
9/10 - Large total capacity, strong fresh food space, and ice and water convenience make it a strong fit for busy family households.
9/10 - French door access, built-in ice maker, water dispenser, and roomy fridge space suit gatherings and drink service well.
9/10 - The 417L fridge section, humidity control, and ActiveSmart cooling support strong day-to-day fresh food storage.
7/10 - Its 3.5-star rating is good for a large premium French door fridge, though not among the most efficient options available.
Best suited to medium-to-large kitchens with room for a full-size French door layout and frequent family access.
A: Yes. The ice maker and water dispenser are designed for a connected water supply, so this fridge should be planned for a nearby plumbing point and space for the water line around the cavity. If plumbing work is needed, discuss with your plumber.
A: ActiveSmart monitors how the Fisher & Paykel RF610AZUB5 is used and adjusts cooling and defrosting around those patterns. In day-to-day use, that means steadier temperatures after frequent door openings and less unnecessary cooling when demand is lower.
A: Fisher & Paykel RF610AZUB5 has a 3.5 star energy rating. That is an efficient result for a large French door fridge, but overall power use still reflects the bigger storage volume, so a smaller fridge can still cost less to run.
A: The slimline water dispenser is designed to give chilled water access without a bulky in-door setup taking over usable fridge space. That is useful if you regularly store tall bottles, wide platters, or full door bins for everyday groceries.
A: Yes. The Fisher & Paykel RF610AZUB5 has a 569L total capacity, with more space allocated to the fridge than the freezer. That layout suits households that buy more fresh produce, dairy, drinks, and chilled meal prep than frozen bulk items.
A: The black glass finish gives the Fisher & Paykel RF610AZUB5 a cleaner built-in look than a standard textured door, but glossy surfaces can show fingerprints and smudges more readily. It suits buyers who prioritise appearance and do not mind regular wiping.
