Samsung Vacuum FAQs
To charge your Samsung Jet vacuum, place it on the charging stand or wall mount provided. Ensure the charging contacts align properly. For models like the BESPOKE Jet, you can remove the battery and charge it separately in the accessory cradle.
Detach the Dustbin: Press the detachment button on the top of the dustbin to remove it.
Remove the Filters: Pull up the washable micro filter slowly to remove it. Then, rotate the filter holder anti-clockwise to release it and detach the dustbin and cyclone grille.
Clean the Filters: Rinse the filters under running water. All parts and filters are washable. Samsung
Dry the Filters: Place the filter parts in a well-ventilated shady area until completely dry. Keep the filter parts away from direct sunlight.
Turn off & unplug the vacuum.
Remove the dustbin, then pull out the filter.
Rinse the filter under cold water (no soap).
Let it air dry completely for at least 24 hours—no direct sunlight.
This monthly or more often if you vacuum frequently! Steps may differ depending on model.

In such cases, it operates in AI Cleaning mode 1.0. If AI Cleaning mode 2.0 does not work frequently, please move the All-in-one Clean Station to a space without obstacles nearby. To enable continuous function updates, keep the Wi-Fi in the house on at all times.
