The dehydrator is purchased lasted an hr..I have hef great feedback on this brand of hydrator but mine was a flop. I purchased it online and I have sent an email to Good Guys but yet to receive a reply in relation to where do I return the product to get a replacement let alone a refund..I have also purchased additional trays for this dehydrator..I have received the first order but still waiting for the second order ..not exactly happy..I have been a customer for many years and this by far has not been the best experience..I do hope for better in the future. This product is wonderful for dehydrating large quantities of fruit and veg. No waste; from garden or wholesale produce to dehydrator! The trays are solid and easy to clean too. Highly recommend as my last one did a lot of work and lasted several years.

Easy to use and great features
So easy to use... set the temperature and time on an easy to use (and see) digital display and away you go. The unit is light, easy to clean and relatively quiet when operating. The trays are well built and sturdy. I like that you can purchase extra trays, and stack up to 30 on each unit. The dehtdrator also comes with a solid sheet for more liquid foods and a mesh sheet for finer food so all bases covered. Has had good use dehydrating mango for me after a bumper crop this year and I expect will get plenty of use moving forward.

I recently bought the Ezidri Ultra FD1000 from The Good Guys, and it’s been a great purchase. Pros: Great Performance: It dries food evenly and consistently, whether it’s fruit, herbs, or jerky. The results have been excellent every time. User-Friendly: The digital controls make it easy to set the temperature and timer accurately. Large Capacity: The generous tray size is perfect for bulk drying. Cons: Bulky Design: It takes up a fair bit of space, so you’ll need room on your counter or in storage. Great Product
I bought this product initially to dry and crush fermented soybeans, however, I found an alternative soyben powder online and purchased that instead. Subsequently I started exploring drying different types of fruit and tomatoes and Ive been really impressed with the taste. The unit is simple to operate and the instruction booklet contains advice on temperature and dehydration time for various fruit and vegetables which is handy. I cant work out how much electricity consumption is because we have an old electric meter and its very difficult to gauge, however, based on my calculations, I think the consumption has been acceptable (probably less than $7.00 per 12 hour cycle). In respect of electricity consumption, I will plan to definitely buy more trays so I can bulk dehydrate and reduce overall costs. Its a fun product to use and the results are perfect.
