Not suitable for high gloss tiles
I purchased this as the salesman said it was better than the M4. I said I needed a very hot steam for my high gloss tiles & he said this would be suitable - definitely not, it left lots of streaks on my floor. Didn't try the rest of the attachments but I really needed it for my floors so this was a big fail.

Stick to the Euroflex Steam Mop :(
I went in to buy another Euroflex steam mop as I have previously owned 2 Euroflex steam mops. They had none in stock but the salesman assured me this one will be as good (& same hot steam) as my previous Euroflex steam mops. Unfortunately not, it left all streak marks on my glossy porcelain tiles as the steam is not as hot as the basic Euroflex steam mops. Lesson learnt,don't trust the salesman but trust your instincts, money wasted :(

Easy to use
I thought my slate coloured shower tiles were clean just using commercial sprays. Using the steam mop first time the water ran unclean. Great results on the glass. I use it every few days and it keeps my shower so clean. The steam mop is very user friendly. You have to wait a few minutes for the boiler to heat up. But with the 1.2 ltr boiler capacity you do a lot of cleaning before having to refil. I haven’t had the opportunity to use it to it’s full potential as yet. Can’t wait to try it in my kitchen.
