Loads of steam
I purchased because I wanted to clean grout lines of the tiled floor - the steam mop does a reasonable job of the tiles (the mop handle could be longer to reduce back strain), but hand steaming with the jet & small round brush was needed to clean the grout. The jet also did an awesome job around the shower screens.

Awesome product!
Miele is high quality brand and my experience has been very positive. The vacuum cleaner does the job very well! It may not be the cheapest option, but its really worth it imo.
