Not the oven of my dreams
I recently upgraded to this cooker from my old Westinghouse and love many of its features. The self-cleaning function is a great convenience, and the sleek black design looks fantastic in my kitchen. The cooktop is particularly impressive—it reaches high temperatures quickly, making wok cooking a breeze. In fact, my husband was so impressed that he even bought a new wok! However, the air fryer function has been a letdown. It doesn’t perform as well as my Philips benchtop air fryer, which I had hoped to replace. It takes much longer to cook food, and cleaning up afterward is more of a hassle than expected. I also experienced an issue with the oven shutting off unexpectedly. After preheating for 15 minutes, I opened the door only to find that the oven had lost power. It turned back on about 10 minutes later, but by then, it had cooled down, and I had to start the preheating process all over again. Looking back, I wish I had gone with the Smeg or Fisher & Paykel models instead, but I opted for this one to save money. That said, I’m sure I’ll still get plenty of years of great baking from it, just as I did with my previous oven.

Enjoying this oven!
I’ve had this for about a month and have enjoyed trying the different functions. Steam air fryer cooked up some perfect crispy potato cut fries. The roast function using the probe was fantastic! Pyrolytic clean function worked great after my pork belly had spluttered all over. The burners work well, the wok burner gets really hot. Very happy so far with this oven!
