Great Robovac
We recently purchased our Ecovacs X11 & have used it everyday since. The vac works to a set schedule each day & performs great. We have a dog who continually sheds her coat so the X11 was the ideal solution for us to take over what we used to do. I would recommend the X11 highly. :)

Excellent vaccum and mop combination
Cannot ask for anything more in this price range. Really value for money and best of the quality as expected. Leaves very little streaks on glossy tiles atleast better than other robo vacuums.

Don't know I waited so long
Finally joined the Robot Vac owner family after many years of not seeing the benefit. Buy this Deebot X11, my life has changed. having a 2 story house, a dog who can go from inside to outside easily, teenagers etc my downstairs was needing daily sweeping, vacuuming and even mopping to keep clean. The amount of grass, dirty foot prints etc was always needing cleaning. Being time poor at the best of time, this X11 has given me back so much time. in 90 minutes my entire downstairs area [50m2] is vacuumed & mopped. Set it going and forget about it. Best thing i have ever purchased

Excellent Robot Vac from Evovacs!
Very easy to setup out of the box, great app and didn't take long to map out my floor. I have tiles at home and it does a great job picking up and mopping. It's bagless which is a huge benefit and super easy to fill water and empty the dirty water post cleaning.

At a glance
The Ecovacs DEEBOT X11 OMNICYCLONE is a premium robot vacuum and mop built for mixed-floor homes that want strong suction, low-maintenance bagless emptying and solid pet-hair handling. It stands out for threshold climbing, roller scrubbing and broad smart-home support. A fair limitation is that its large all-in-one station may suit homes with enough laundry or utility space best.
What it’s great for
- Automated daily cleaning
- Pet hair pick-up
- Mixed floor homes
- Hard floor mopping
- Multi-room routines
- Low consumable-cost cleaning
Where it works best
- Family homes
- Pet-friendly homes
- Apartments with mixed flooring
- Multi-room houses
- Hard floor living areas
Who it’s for
- Busy households
- Pet owners
- Smart home users
- Families
- Homeowners wanting lower-maintenance floor cleaning
Things to consider
The OMNI Station adds convenience and bagless emptying, but it takes up more floor space than simpler robot vacuum docks.
Pet hair performance score
9/10 - Very strong suction and ZeroTangle 3.0 make it well suited to regular pet hair pick-up.
Smart home integration score
9/10 - Broad support for Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Apple HomeKit gives it excellent compatibility.
Carpet vs hard floor suitability
Highly suitable for both; strong suction supports carpets while the roller mop and fresh-water cleaning are especially effective on hard floors.
Noise level vs category average
About average - no unusually quiet claim is provided, but the all-in-one station may be more noticeable during auto-emptying.
Allergy friendliness
Good - bagless auto-emptying and strong dust pickup can reduce frequent direct contact with collected dirt, though it is not specifically described as a HEPA-focused model.
Key benefits
- 19,500Pa Suction: Delivers very strong pickup for dust, crumbs and pet hair across hard floors and carpets.
- ZeroTangle 3.0 Main Brush: Helps reduce hair wrap, making it better suited to homes with regular pet hair or long hair.
- TruePass Adaptive 4-Wheel Drive: Climbs single thresholds up to 2.4 cm and sliding-door tracks up to 4 cm for smoother room-to-room coverage.
- OZMO ROLLER 2.0 Mopping: Scrubs floors at 200 rpm to help lift dried marks more effectively than passive wiping.
- Hot-Water Mop Washing Station: Cleans the mop with hot water at the station, reducing hands-on maintenance between deeper floor cleans.
- PureCyclone 2.0 Bagless Auto-Emptying: Lowers ongoing consumable costs by removing the need for disposable dust bags.
- Up to 254-Minute Runtime: Supports extended cleaning sessions before needing a recharge, making it practical for larger homes.
- Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Apple HomeKit Support: Gives flexible voice control and scheduling across major smart home platforms.
Q: Does the bagless station mean no replacement dust bags to buy?
A: Yes. The OMNI Station uses bagless PureCyclone 2.0 auto-emptying, so there are no disposable dust bags in the station. That can reduce ongoing consumable costs, but the dust container still needs emptying as part of normal upkeep.
Q: Will it get over sliding door tracks and raised room thresholds?
A: Yes. Ecovacs DEEBOT X11 OMNICYCLONE climbs single thresholds up to 2.4cm and sliding-door tracks up to 4cm. It suits many multi-room homes, but abrupt steps or taller transitions can still stop a cleaning run.
Q: How well does it handle pet hair on mixed flooring?
A: Ecovacs DEEBOT X11 OMNICYCLONE is well suited to regular pet hair pick-up on hard floors and carpet, with 19,500Pa suction and ZeroTangle 3.0 on the main brush. Very heavy shedding can still mean some manual brush cleaning over time.
Q: Is the mopping system strong enough for dried-on marks?
A: Yes. Ecovacs DEEBOT X11 OMNICYCLONE uses the OZMO ROLLER 2.0 system, which scrubs at 200rpm and washes with hot water at the station. It is designed for ongoing floor maintenance, not the deep scrubbing needed for thick, baked-on grime.
Q: Can it keep cleaning after a recharge during longer runs?
A: Yes. Ecovacs DEEBOT X11 OMNICYCLONE is rated for 254 minutes on its 6400mAh battery, and it can top up charge during station visits. That suits longer cleaning routines, though actual coverage still depends on layout, flooring and cleaning mode.
Q: Does it work with Apple HomeKit and other voice assistants?
A: Yes. This model supports Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa for voice control and scheduling. That makes it easier to fit into an existing smart home setup, though the initial setup is still done through the app.
