Colour quality could be better
Overall the buying experience was good, fast shipping. The printer itself is ok, but not what I expected for the price. It’s time consuming to set up the first time, though the software steps you through the process so it isn’t too tricky. It’s very slow to get started anytime you want to print something and the colour quality is not good at all. Fine for our needs - mostly home school worksheets and other documents - but I’d hoped it would do a better job on photos and artwork for the price. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Perfect for home
This printer/scanner is perfect for personal use. Good quality printing and scanning and long life of ink makes it great value for money. The only drawback is that it has just one in tray, so can't copy or scan multiple pages at once. Unobtrusive size - it's the perfect little product for personal use.

Works well
Really quite pleased with this purchase, the ink included filled the tanks and will provide thousands of pages, the printing is relatively quick, much better than the ink jet I previously had and costs a fraction to run it. Setup was straightforward although printing from mobiles seems a bit trickier that we haven't mastered yet.
