For everyday cooking, it handles proteins, vegetables, and pan‑frying without issue. 🧽 Cleaning & Maintenance (the real problem) This is where the pan falls short. Even with careful use, it tends to develop: - Small specks and marks that won’t come off, even with lemon juice, baking soda, or dishwashing chemicals. - Residue that bonds to the stainless surface, especially after high‑heat cooking. - A finish that becomes increasingly difficult to maintain, requiring more effort than a pan in this price range should demand.   This is a quality electric frypan. Just don’t leave the rack in the pan with water! It put rust on the pan surface, but easily cleaned off with stainless steel cleaner.

  large cooking surface

  Im happy with this frypan.. Features I like include the following: . large cooking area . see through lid . stand on one side to raise level allowing fat to drain or gravy/ sauce for easy serving. . non slip legs . cooks well on a lower temperature for crumbed cutlets etc . high sides stops a lot of mess . stainless steel Does cook hotter than my previous 50 year old frypan but easy to adapt to the new cooking temperature range. Use enough oil to cook so food will release and doesn't stick and also making a sauce at the end after meat is cooked allows for easy cleaning. Not recommended if you want to do fat free cooking.
