Great product
I haven’t had a new electric frypan for a very long time so I was impressed when I used this for the first time. The extra space comes in handy and it cooked evenly across the pan.

I like the ceramic finish that is why I picked over a teflon finish but it is a bit bigger than I had expected it to be, but I will use it.

Great features
Looks very nice and easy to use. Very happy to have once but the disappointing feature is it burns quickly even though I control the heat from medium to low regularly. I dare not turn on to max. and even that I can see the burnt mark on the cooking surface. It has lost the non stick feature and food sticks and burnt on the surface. Is this covered under warranty ; bought in Nov 2024 Can I bring it back to the store at MacGregor for a replacement or refund.
