Duraceramic Frypan
The ceramic coating works quite well, but discolors just slightly and I am not sure if it work as well as real ceramic. So far better than the other regular non-stick coatings used previously. If I could give it a 4.5 star rating I would. Happy with the purchase :)

Excellent kitchen essential item
I haven't had a frypan for years and now seeing that the option of a safe ceramic coating is available, I purchased it Immediately. Used it to fry schnitzels, roast potatoes, pancakes in large quantities and took it away with us on holidays. Our airfryer and frypan now travel with us. Easy to clean and instructions to season it were easy to follow. A butterflied chicken with roast veg were easy to cook and we highly recommend this frypan. A great Christmas present idea

Sounded Good but poor result
Looking for a safer alternative to Teflon pan, unfortunately despite following the seasoning and maintenance instructions, the surface was almost unusable from day 1. Surface has now degraded to the point not a single thing cooks without sticking even using generous amounts of oil. Back to Stainless Steel probably.

Sounded Good but poor result
Looking for a non-teflon based pan and the use of ceramic seemed like a good solution. Despite following instructions with seasoning and good cleaning practices, the pan has now been thrown out barely 3 months after purchase as the surface is completely useless. Do not recommend. We'll probably have to buy Stainless Steel instead.
