Our old banquet clunker was losing its non-stick surface - decided to get one of these 'diamond-force' banquet fry-pans, good choice, nothing sticks, as good as any politician in OZ - hahahah. Seriously though, the non-stick surface on these is great, and can certainly handle a family cook-up.
