Truly Hot Wok
This wok will give crunchy stir frys because not only is it powerful enough but the sides get as hot as the bottom like a proper wok should. Plus it's a steamer, saucepan, fry pan etc.

Modern Wok
Better heat control over the cooking surface, way better previous Woks we have had. Larger size makes Steamer the very useful. Easy to clean.
