Extended warranty paid off
Toaster failed just over 12 months old. Had extended warranty, was able to get a replacement one. Only issue was that due to a different purchase price from then to now we were expected to pay the difference. I though it would be jusyt like for like. Was able to "haggle" down to a minimum changeover fee so still happy.

"Not only Breville".. Sadly this toaster does not toast evenly.. This is a problem with most of the toasters that I have purchased over the years... & I should not have to pay extra $$'s to obtain this.. ???.... The Good Guys need to advise each company of this malfunction .. Customers Should be able to Purchase a "Toaster" that does such a simple deed..
