good but doesn’t really heat your neck
the overall product is very comfortable and works very well. the neck part however doesn’t heat - it’s predominantly the shoulders that have the heating pad.

Great design, very comfy. provides targeted warmth to areas of pain across my neck, shoulders and upper back. Could be a little hotter as I find I get more relief when the temp is a little hotter. but all in all great product to add to my collection of Beuer Heat range
