    Best Heat Pack Ever!

    Can’t recommend enough. As someone who experiences painful periods, lower back pain and finds the added weight calming, this is a great solution. Have used it every night since purchasing, especially in the minus temperatures as love that it will turn off after 90 minutes if I forget.
