Beats a heat bag
Need it for my lower back pain. Much better than a heat bag that keeps losing temperature. Also, the adjustable strap is great to hold it in place and it has multiple heat settings to suit everyone's needs. Bought another one as a gift for my brother-in-law who also has back issues - he loves it too!
