Poor stock management
The product is fine, but I had ordered this from Good Guys when they stated it was in stock. It then took a month to get the product to me, with them claiming there was no stock despite the fact that the product was still showing online as being in stock. I'm forced to write a bad review of the product rather than the service provided by Good Guys simply because they ignored my emails during the purchase.

Should have one to watch movies
It is an Excellent device for viewing 4K movies and you tube. I bought this is the second one after I had wasted money to buy Chromecast. The remote control is easier to navigate around but it is a bit bulky compared to previous model.
