Took 2 months to get an online order delivered
Product is fine, but poor communication from The Good Guys. Ordered an online phone and for at least months I couldn’t get my delivery done. I was always the one to approach them asking for updates, apparently they didn’t have in stock - which is fine, but communicate and give me a solution. After 2 months, called again and a lady found out a way to get me the phone I ordered.

The product is as you would expect for any iPhone. The deal I received from The Good Guys was unbelievable - it was a free iPhone 14 on a $79 plan when porting a number to The Good Guys. An absolutely spectacular offer!
