I appreciate the effort, but unfortunately I’m not very happy with the result. The curls are much tighter than I expected, and I find them quite difficult to manage and style. I was hoping for a softer, more natural look that would be easier to maintain. I hope the salon can take this feedback into consideration for future clients.
