LOVE our new TCL 75” Smart TV
Decided to purchase a new TV for our lounge room, we absolutely love the brand. TCL have used it for many years and have had no problems with it so when upgrading we decided to go with the 75 inch and it is perfect! Exactly what we were looking for and such good quality. And just really elevate the lounge room.

Great Service but bad delivery
The 75 inch TV that we purchased from the Good Guys is an excellent TV. The service at the shop was great. We paid for delivery of the TV which was quite large and we are elderly. The TV was delivered on time and we were kept notified of the delivery time. However, we are a couple in our 70's and asked the delivery men for assistance to unpack from the box as the delivery was quite large and it took both delivery men to carry into our home. We were told in no uncertain terms that this was not part of the delivery. So we were left with a huge fragile box to move, open and place on the TV cabinet. Certainly not happy with the paid delivery from the Good Guys.
