Worst experience ever
I ordered my tv on 3rd of December and today is 13th of jan but i did not receive my product yet.i sent lot of emails but no body responded to me.my kids school holidays are ruined and gone.i asked for refund but still no one cares. Your web team is worst ever in australia who dont care about customer money or sentiments.

Awesome TV from TCL - My 55" P7K
Great picture quality for the price. HD tv series and movies display beautifully. Love the built in Google TV so freed up a power point slot behind the tv and was able to give my Chromecast to my daughter. TCL also have their own version of on demand plays which is another bonus. Dolby Atmos is loud and works well with streaming. TCL customer service was also second to none when enquiring about volume levels.

Good tv
This is our first time buying TCL for the guest room. The picture quality isn’t as good as our main TV, but it’s not bad. It isn’t as bright, and you can really see the difference in picture quality. You get what you pay for. If it’s just an extra TV, this one will do. It’s inexpensive and can do what other smart TVs can do.
