Customer Service Sucks
Remote has a mind of its own. Constantly raises the volume and wont turn down. Have tried to contact customer service to help but cant get past the A.I 'help'

Great little system
Great value, sounds great. Set up not all that easy, but go hunting for a video online that gives instructions for your specific TV. All in all setup took me an hour, but now it is absolutely fab.

A great sound from a compact system. Only downside - the instructions are in diagram form and not intuitive, especially getting it to link with a TV. Luckily, there are plenty of YouTube videos showing how to link this device to a specific TV.
