I ordered this sounbar over 8 weeks ago and it has still not arrived. I've made over 10 phone calls, several emails, many times with a chat bit and still nothing. Extremely disappointing

We are very pleased with out purchase of a JBL SB550 3.1 channel soundbar and the improved sound it gave to our television viewing. The wireless subwoofer adds deep bass to the excellent sound and clear dialogue The set up was easy using HDMI ARC which the smart TV picked up immediately. The compact design of the sound bar and woofer sit neatly under the TV, and the wall attachment option is useful. We found it provides excellent TV, movie and music sound at an affordable price.
