The sound bar has absolutely excellent qualities for a small media room, the sub puts out enough base to feel it, without being over the top. The connectivity of the LG sound bar means that I am using one remote instead of two.

I bought this Sony S40T sound bar as it had grouse reviews. Everyone noted that it had excellent bass, as the sound bar. It can also be controlled by your mobile via an app. The Good Guys delivered it to my place extremely. The bar & sub came in one package quickly, but I surprised when it was branded from LG; if I knew it was LG I would not have bought (long story). It was easy to set up with the mobile app & I used the enclosed optic fibre to connect the TV to the sound bar, the sub connects easily & is wireless. I was looking forward to hearing the sound from this as I turned the TV on. The sound from the sound bar was what I was expecting & I was waiting for the low end to hear the 300W sub. After a few weeks with this system, I am still waiting to hear the sub shake my foundation. I even had trouble on LGH's website I can't even sign in with my previous details. So that means I can't even put in a warranty claim for the sub! I tried my luck at making a general contact form After a few tries, it finally got sent. To my surprise, they responded the next day. They emailed me for more info, but they sent me an email from a non-reply address! I had to use the online form again & I could not upload anything, just use links again. I have 'emailed' them a few times but nothing seems to be happening quickly. I just have to wait. I would have called the good Guys, but which store do I call? I bought the Sound Bar assy online. I have 3 choices on the Good Guys website If I had a gold account, I would be looked after straight away. If I bought it from a store, I should take it back to a store, but there are no store near me; I am in the West of Tassie & they are in the south. The only choice is to make an online form to get a courier to pick up the sound bar to take it back to the South so they can have a look at it - what a great choice Good Guys, not
