Doesn't cover entire neck and shoulder
The neck part is just fabric without any heating coil. So it covers only shoulders. Plus the shoulder fabric covers your entire shoulder only if you sit upright. Otherwise if you crouch a little, which anyone does after a while, it just hangs around at the edges. If I had known this I would have purchased a heat pad.
