    Excellent Picture

    Very happy with this purchase. Previously had a Hisense TV which continuously lost connection on a daily basis. Involved having to turn the tv on and off all the time. None of these issues with our new Sony TV! Excellent sound as well. Would happily purchase another one for our front lounge room.

    Sony Promotion Fail

    We only purchased this product due to a current promotion however after months of multiple calls to the store & again multiple calls to Customer Care at TheGoodGuys they then requested screen captures of the errors. After sending the captures and not hearing for some time I requested an update. The reply was they couldn’t see the files. I checked the email & could open perfectly so forwarded the email again to Customer Care, again weeks have past and no reply. We love our Sony products but this promotion & customer care have fallen way short of the mark. We are customers of over 20 years for this store!

    Very Happy I Went OLED

    A fantastic looking TV with amazing contrast. Was initially tossing up between the brighter Bravia 9 (Mini-LED) and Bravia 8 (OLED). So glad I went with the OLED. It is plenty bright enough for our fairly bright room. No issues with the glossy screen surface. The Good Guys team were exceptional as always.
