  I still don’t have my order!!!

  I placed the order on the 24/12/25 and was advised it should be delivered by the 27/12/25 (given that is the Christmas period I didn’t start chasing until January) But,. It is now the 21/01/2026 and I still don’t have it after being told Friday 09/01/26 that the good guys Blacktown booked it on Australia Post but it was never picked up! So now I just got off the phone with a very helpful young lady named Bella who has been told by the good guys Blacktown the Australia Post did pick it up on 24 December 2025but still nowhere to be found!! Now, we’re back to the first problem where is it or send another out and chase Aust. Post for the missing item!! Customer Service 101. It’s now been five weeks and I’ve still don’t have my order. Yet I order something from rebel sports yesterday at lunchtime and 24 hours later it is sitting at my local post office ready for me to pick up today. Not happy ‘the good guys’

  Absolutely love my new headphones. The souvd is incredible. I’m able to run without fear of them falling out. Another thing I love, is the fact that they are not in my ear, therefore they don’t block environmental sounds around me.

  Shokz Open Run Pro 2. I bought my last set 2 years ago followed up with buying 3 more as gifts. They should be a must-have for every parent who has children on bikes and scooters wearing conventional headphones. Shokz allow the wearer to hear everything around them. My wife weara them while running in the early evening when it is quiet and dark. She is aware of her surroundings. My first pairn aren 3 years old. I upgraded for improved battery life and cosmetic reasons. I do wear them every day. Sometimes I forget they are even there necause they are ultra-light and comfortable.
