Great TV Terrible Service
I ordered this TV and a wall mount. The Wall mount arrived but the TV did not. After several days of the delivery company saying it was delivered and trying to get ANYONE on the phone from either the delivery company or the Good Guys i finally managed to get the delivery company to have a damn look and find my TV and deliver it. This wasn't the Good Guys issue but the difficulty getting help was on you guys. Customer service is more then an automated (no doubt AI powered) chat bot.
