Product fine, service and communication super disappointing
I ordered several phones and they were out of stock- estimated to be back in about a week when I was called by the store, so no problem. I had no further updates. However, they took about a month to ship and were not even delivered to my address, they were taken to a local shop for collection with a notice that it needs to be collected within 7 days- I am out of the area now. If I wanted to go somewhere to pick up my purchase I would have ordered Click and Collect. Pretty poor effort.
