Product hasn’t arrived so am rating the customer service
It is hard to rate the product when it has not been received nearly 4 weeks after ordering! But I did receive an email requesting a review of the product. This review does not relate to the product as I haven’t received it but more of the terrible customer service and inability to resolve and deliver the product
